Every time we received a message from him he included a picture of him and Milo. He never gave up hope that some treatment would be the ultimate cure. He worked as long as he could and made his journey to the light in late June. His weakened system just couldn't fight any longer. We continue to receive owner surrenders a week, along with multiple pleas from surrounding shelters for Boxers in need.
