There is a lady in Spain who has agreed to take him and get him prepared for adoption, either in Spain or England. The rescue have agreed to take him here in the UK so we need to raise the money to help pay for his care for the next 6 months whilst he gets the relevant vaccinations to enable him to come to the UK without being put into quarantine - we couldn't subject him to another 6 months of imprisonment.
