He is appointed to be a garbage man by Mayor Fist because the Mayor's son, Arnold, is tired of garbage. After an incident, Mayor Fist fires Bigelow. At the end of the TV Special, he is mistaken for capturing Flack and Tubbs and gets his original job back at the pound supervisor. Voiced by Jonathan Winters. Arnold Fist — Snobby and haughty son of the Mayor who once works as a garbageman. He is next in becoming pound supervisor after Bigelow gets fired. Apart from drawing 'Bengo' followed by 'Bleep and Booster' in the late '50's early '60's my uncle had strip cartoons syndicated all over the world. In this country there was the character called 'Humphrey' who appeared in the magazine 'Woman'. He was in great demand for his lifelike portraits and sculptures of animals and had many commissions including the Gorillas and Rhinos of Sir John Aspinal at Howlett's and Port Lympne, Lord Londonderry's bulldogs, an over life-size sculpture of two fighting Jaguars for Kerry Packer in Australia and Zoos in America.
