I grew up with Golden Retrievers as a child and always loved the breed, but started searching for something similar that was more low shedding and hypoallergenic. I did a lot of research and decided that Goldendoodles were a phenomenal breed that encompassed everything we were looking for in a family dog. Our dogs are foremost our family pets and live with either us or a guardian home, so they get all the time that they deserve playing and just being a dog. In our breeding program we are careful to produce traits that would make excellent therapy dogs as well as family dogs. We want to produce dogs that are smaller than the golden retriever, so they are more easily adapted into urban or rural life. We also, will only be breeding dogs that exhibit Allergy Friendly and non-shedding traits, in order to maximize the percentage of allergy friendly traits in their puppies. As a bonus, we want to produce rare colours, not often seen in the Goldendoodles, including chocolate, chocolate merle and blue merle, parti, sable and phantom. Our Goldendoodle puppies have ranged from 15lbs to 55lbs full grown. We also have started breeding a limited amount of Bernedoodle litters that also come in all the colours we get in Goldendoodles. October 25, at am Hi, I have a 6 month old FI mini goldendoodle who will weigh about 30 lbs at full grown. She is a gorgeous red color. He genetic coat testing was F, IC carrier. She does not shed at this time. She has furnishings but wavy coat. She is a pretty little thing. I was studying genes and was wondering if she was bred back to a red poodle would I need to test the mini poodle for IC gene and or shedding being that he is a red poodle. Also was wondering what to think about long white hairs in her coat which I suspect come from her white English golden retriever mom. They just pop up once in a while.
