However, this is not something that you should count on and you should always be very careful about who you get your dog from. There are a lot of people out there who are trying to unload dogs that they can no longer care for, and many of these dogs may have health or behavior problems. This will ensure that you get a great dog who will be a wonderful addition to your family. Also, if the type of GSD being sold in Maine is from imported stock from Europe or Germany then there could be additional costs associated. The best way to start your search is by contacting the American Kennel Club or the United Kennel Club and asking for a list of breeders who are members of their organizations. These breeders have pledged to uphold certain standards, and you can be sure that they are reputable breeders who care about their dogs. Another great way to find a responsible breeder is by word-of-mouth. Ask your friends, family, and coworkers if they know of any good German Shepherd breeders in Maine. Chances are, someone you know will have had some experience with a breeder and will be more than happy to recommend them to you. This will give you the chance to meet the dogs and see how they are being raised. You should also ask lots of questions, and make sure that you are comfortable with the breeder and their breeding program. This will at least give you a good idea of what your puppy will look like when they are fully grown. A good guarantee should cover things like genetic health problems, hip dysplasia, and epilepsy. A reputable Maine German Shepherd breeder will be more than happy to answer any of your questions, and they will be committed to finding you the perfect puppy for your family. These kinds of breeders are usually not reputable and will most likely sell you an unhealthy dog. If there are specific traits or behaviors that you expect your new German Shepherd pup to have, make sure to bring them up with your prospective breeder. For example, if you want a GSD who will be able to protect your home and family, let it be known. Most reputable breeders will only sell German Shepherd puppies who meet certain criteria. All of the puppies that they have for sale should be healthy, well-socialized, and have good temperaments. This is because breeders want to make sure that their puppies are going to good homes. Responsible breeders will also want to know about your ability to care for their puppies. If the breeder seems hesitant or unwilling to let you meet any of their past customers, it may be a sign that they have something to hide. A reputable Maine Geman Shepherd Breeder will provide references from past clients who were happy with their purchase. Check with at least references before committing any money to your purchase. This not only helps ensure that the breeder is reputable, but it also gives you a good sense of the quality of the dog you may be purchasing. For example, you can ask how long they have been using them as a vet. You should also ask if any other breeders use this vet as well or if they are more commonly used for family pets. Do your research and find a reputable breeder instead. If they are unwilling to give this information or dodge the question entirely, then you should find another breeder. Your Maine Geman Shepherd Breeder should be willing to provide you with detailed information on any genetic diseases that have affected their bloodline in the past including hip dysplasia and epilepsy. Reputable breeders deal with these issues responsibly by only breeding dogs who are healthy and free of these otherwise common ailments. A reputable German Shepherd Dog breeder in Maine will provide a health certificate for your new puppy. This document should list all of the vaccinations and deworming treatments that the pup has had. Here are a few essentials that every German Shepherd owner should have: A Safe Fenced In Area: Ideally, your dog run should be at least 6 feet tall and fully secured against escape. You may also want to invest in one or two outdoor electric fences so that you can contain your pup safely when they are outside without having to worry about them escaping. Plenty of Toys and Chews: German Shepherds love to play and chew on toys. Make sure you have a variety of balls, plush toys, ropes and hard chews available for your dog to keep them busy throughout the day. Not only will this keep them entertained, but it will also help to keep their teeth healthy. A Comfy Bed: Your German Shepherd will want a place to call their own, and nothing is more comfortable than a soft bed. Make sure you provide your dog with a cozy place to rest their head whether it be in their designated dog run or inside the house. As for food, you should stick to a high-quality kibble that is specifically designed for German Shepherds. Avoid giving your dog table scraps as this can lead to digestive problems. You will need to take them outside to pee and poop at the same time every day and reward them with treats when they go in the right spot. Be Patient — it can take a while for some puppies to get the hang of things, but eventually they will learn what is expected of them. Potty training your German Shepherd is not a one-size-fits-all process. With a little bit of patience and some consistent training, your pup will be going potty like a pro in no time. We fell in love with Doodles when our son raised a puppy to be a future service dog and we wanted to do more. You can read more about how we began this journey by reading Our Story below. We understand how difficult it can be to identify reputable breeders from the puppy mills and online brokers, so we have partnered with TellTail. Feel free to click the TellTail badge to verify our ID and confirm our identity. We are also happy to connect by phone so you can feel comfortable in who you are choosing to raise your future family. Our Story My husband and I have been married 30 years and have two sons. Over a dozen years ago, we fell in love with Doodles when our youngest son raised a Doodle puppy to be a future service dog as part of his Eagle Scout Project. In the blink of an eye, we welcomed Luke, a shaggy doodle puppy into our home and hearts and my son spent a year taking this sweet boy with us everywhere. This was our introduction to Doodles and we were smitten - low shedding, low allergen, affectionate and Muppet cute. We set about learning all we could about responsible breeding practices, canine health and longevity, canine genetics, inheritable diseases and their prevention and very importantly the best methods of puppy raising to shape future temperament. During our deep dive into all things Doodle, we considered many breeds, including Goldendoodles and Labradoodles. We wanted a medium size since not all veterans had large homes and yards. We prioritized health, trainability, intelligence and friendliness. And of course we needed to ensure we had the low allergen, low shedding qualities that would make them easy to live with and take into restaurants and retail establishments. We loved the Goldendoodle puppy we raised, but his energy level was high and Goldens and Labs are know for maturing slowly, essentially staying a puppy until they are a year or two years old. It was essential to us to include a working breed that comes into their brains quickly as this would be an important trait for a service dog. And knowing what traits were important for a service dog, meant they would then also be excellent for therapy work and as family companions. So we began our program with Australian Mountain Doodles at the time, we called them Aussie Bernedoodles , as well as Bernedoodles and Aussiedoodles. To my knowledge, we were the first to do the Aussie Bernedoodle cross which combines the good natured, calm and strong attributes of the Bernese Mountain Dog, the smart, work-oriented Australian Shepherd and of course the versatile, intelligent, low shedding, low allergen Poodle. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been raising these amazing Doodles in Southern California since .In , we made the decision with extended family to re-locate my parents and ourselves in order to be more present in their later years. So we rounded up the Doodles and my coffee pot okay there was a lot more involved but those were essential and made the transition to the Oregon Coast where we continue to raise healthy, affectionate, family-friendly, hypo-allergenic Bernedoodles and Australian Mountain Doodles. This is a family affair and we are devoted to our Doodles full time. This means no vacations, no out of town weddings, no being away for more than a few hours and every day begins and ends with their needs being put first. It takes a huge commitment and a lot of passion to devote ourselves so entirely to placing healthy, happy puppies with new families. We are always evaluating, refining and striving to improve our program. We try to do what is best for our dogs and future puppy owners while trying to maintain a balance with our family. Below are some photos from a trip to Knotts Berry Farm with the Doodle that started it all. We would like to see every family pet come from a responsible source. If you truly love dogs and want the best for all canines, you should also support the idea of responsible breeding. If the only dogs you deem acceptable are the messes made by irresponsible breeding or negligence, purchased through the proxy of rescue, and you demonize the practice of breeding or the expansion of healthier hybrids, then what you are saying is that the only dogs that should have a place in this world are those bred irresponsibly. Better breeding goes hand in hand with responsible rescue. The critical window to set puppies up for good adult behavior is when they are weeks of age with being the most critical. Our puppies are raised in a loving environment and from healthy, happy parents who were genetically tested to be free of common issues so they can live long, happy lives with their people. We take great care, raising each puppy to ensure they are well-rounded and prepared for their new life with you. When making decisions about our breeding programs, we prioritize the physical and emotional health, and well-being of our breeding dogs above all else. Healthy, happy moms make for healthy, happy puppies. We ensure the moms feel loved and cared for so that they in turn are excellent tenders of their puppies. The puppies are held everyday and weight checks are done regularly to ensure they are gaining weight and thriving. Every puppy in addition to mom is loved on and nurtured every day. We follow and utilize three methods of early neurological stimulation and handling for our puppies, timed to coincide with specific periods in the puppies life where they are most receptive to it. This method utilizes tactile and thermal stimulation and 3 positioning exercises, done once daily when the puppies are days old. When puppies receive consistent, non-traumatic handling, they become more outgoing and friendly and show less inclination to be fearful when they are older. This encourages the puppies development into an emotionally balanced mature dog and ultimately a better family companion for you. Puppy Culture is a comprehensive guide as to what can be done with and for puppies at each point in their development to ensure the best possible outcome for the puppy. It's a "how to" on raising confident, happy puppies, using early neurological stimulation, enrichment and resiliency exercises to encourage the best out of each puppy at each stage of its development. Puppy Culture utilizes clicker training however we believe the doodle breeds we are raising are easily motivated with treat training and rely on that method instead. So many breeders underestimate the role a good gut biome plays in the health of their breeding dogs. What mom is eating while pregnant and lactating, passes to the puppies and affects their health as well. This is huge! The fact that breeders have the ability to influence the health of their puppies into adulthood for their future families is a game changer. We feed a nutrient-dense, biologically appropriate food to our dams and sires. We include prebiotics, probiotics, digestive enzymes, goats milk, fresh foods and veggies and no inflammatory grains or excess carbohydrates. We raise chickens and ducks using fermented organic feed, sprouted barley and fresh scraps from our garden so our canines have the very best natural eggs for their meals. We rotate proteins and products, including raw, lightly cooked, freeze-dried, air-dried and a small amount of Farmina kibble in different varieties. All of this is done to support their gut, skin and coat health. We believe in the most natural approach possible. We use no pesticides around our home, We exercise great caution to only use necessary deworming protocols and minimize toxic chemicals on and around our dogs. Protecting their immune system improves gut health and consequently the health of their future puppies. We ensure our adults and puppies lead happy lives. Some of our pack live with different family members so we still have great influence on their condition, feeding and vet care. I groom them at my home so they regularly visit and hang out. A few live in local guardian homes that we trust. They whelp and raise their puppies in our home. They love and trust us and are comfortable going through such a momentous and emotional time as childbirth with us close by. I cannot emphasize enough how stress on mom channels as stress in the puppies and can influence their future personalities. Happy moms make happy puppies. We are a boutique breeder of well-loved, home-raised, and health-tested Bernedoodles in Southern California. We have approximately four litters per year so that our dogs and their puppies will have as much personal attention from us as possible, including early neurological stimulation and early socialization through many Puppy Culture protocols. Our puppies are raised in our home and around our three children who help provide plenty of noise and cuddles. Worth the Wait While we usually have a month waiting list, we do sometimes have surprise openings, and I promise we are worth the wait! Most stop at genetic testing. But we also do CBC blood chem and protein-creatinine ratio to make sure our dogs have excellent kidney and liver function before breeding. We know that many people are excited about the bernedoodle breed; however, it is very important to us that the interest in our pups runs deeper than a fad. Giving Back Ten percent of all our proceeds go to wonderful non-profit organizations such as Compassion International, an amazing humanitarian aid ministry that helps children in need all over the world; the International Justice Mission, which fights human trafficking here in the US and abroad, rescuing and restoring victims of trafficking and oppression; and the Dream Center Los Angeles, which is a resource center that provides support to those affected by homelessness, hunger, and addiction. It is a JOY to support these organizations! They are not for breeding. We have a strict spay and neuter contract with all our families. Though I grew up in a suburb of San Diego, I was a farm girl at heart, taking care of my own little garden as well as many animals over the years, i. I would find baby doves and hummingbirds that had fallen from their nests and try to nurse them back to health. I must have missed my calling in veterinary medicine and opted for a degree in journalism instead. When I first discovered the Bernedoodle, I absolutely fell in love. Put those two breeds together and get the best of both worlds? Yes please! I also loved that the gorgeous tri-color markings of the Bernese Mountain Dog sometimes could be maintained while creating a non-shedding, hypoallergenic coat especially for people like my middle daughter who suffers from allergies to dogs with fur and creating a new breed with the potential to live longer than the Bernese Mountain Dog, which often has a shorter life span comparatively. My husband, our three children, and even my in-laws all help contribute to the well-being of our dogs. We hope you enjoy looking through our gallery and that we might be able to assist you in finding your future fur baby! Here he comes, leaping across the mountains, bounding over hills. The Chocolate Labrador Retriever is not a distinct dog breed from other Labs, but it is a separate coat color variation that is specifically bred for. Similar to the other standard coat colors of Labrador Retrievers, Chocolate Labs are energetic dogs that get along well in a family setting. As a Retriever, they also make great hunting dogs and have also been known to fill other working dog roles including service dogs, guide dogs, search-and-rescue dogs, and more. They are even one of the common dog breeds employed in K-9 units. A point of interest is that all modern Chocolate Labrador Retrievers can be traced to three specific Black Labradors that lived during the s. Chocolate Labs are industrious little pups. They were bred for retrieval and will often sniff about for something to get into. They are also one of the most affectionate dog breeds and absolutely love being with their favorite humans. Properly socialized and well-trained, Labs are one of the kid-friendly dog breeds. They get along well with children, other dogs, and other pets. They are famously even-tempered and playful. This makes them fantastic dogs for a growing family, as they tend to be gentle and patient with little ones. They can have a high prey drive. They usually do well with small pets within the family that they have been raised with or socialized around, but likely will still have the urge to chase other animals while out and about. They also tend to be open and friendly with strangers. After all, strangers are just more people to give them attention and play with them. Chocolate Labrador Retrievers may be high-energy dogs, but they are also highly adaptable. They will thrive in homes with fenced yards where they can run freely. They can adapt well to apartment living as well as long as they get plenty of daily exercise, attention, and mental stimulation. Their natural urge to dig and bark when they are bored or agitated can be quelled with a little training and exercise. Although they can handle some alone time, Labs love to be with their families and thrive on attention from them, so they do not like to spend long periods of time alone. Chocolate Labs also have a water-resistant double coat that makes them well-suited for most habitable climates. As with most dogs, they are sensitive to heat. Although they can handle some cold and will likely love to play in the snow, they are not a snow dog breed and may need to bundle up while out on walks in areas with harsher winters. Potential health concerns to be aware of in a Chocolate Labrador Retriever can include hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia , progressive retinal atrophy, cataracts, hereditary myopathy, and heart disease. There is also a condition with a genetic link called exercise-induced collapse EIC , which can occur in young adult Labradors. Carriers of this can be identified by DNA tests and it is advised that breeders test for this and avoid practices that would produce the disease. Good breeding practices make a big difference in the health of puppies and reputable breeders will screen their dogs to avoid passing preventable issues to puppies. Make sure you ask about the health and genetic history of both parents and about any health tests or clearances that have been done. As a large, deep-chested dog breed, Labrador Retrievers are at a higher risk for bloat. Bloat in dogs can be dangerous and can quickly become fatal if the stomach flips gastric torsion. Chocolate Labrador Retrievers are incredible companions and are also one of the best dog breeds for first-time owners. Their energy can make them a handful at times, but their intelligence, adaptability, patience with people, and eagerness to please make them easy to train. Labs are one of the smartest dog breeds , so they pick up on things easily. As long as training is consistent and focused on positive reward and praise, a Chocolate Lab will do their best to respond as expected and will often exceed expectations. Chocolate Labs have a short, water-resistant coat that will shed year-round. Brushing a few times a week, daily brushing during seasonal shedding, and the occasional bath are all that are needed to keep a Lab coat healthy and looking great. They may need baths more often if they are avid swimmers, go on a lot of outdoor adventures, and get dirty a lot. Floppy ears tend to trap dirt, moisture, and debris. Proper dental care for dogs is imperative to help prevent painful dental diseases like gum disease or tooth decay later in life. You can also supplement your dental care efforts with vet-approved dental hygiene chews. Labrador Retrievers are one of the most active dog breeds and need a lot of daily activity to be happy and healthy. Daily walks plus playtime, time to run, and other activities are usually enough, but your Chocolate Labrador will likely be up for more activity if you are. One of the facts about Labrador Retrievers is that they have an extended puppyhood and tend to maintain that puppy-like energy and maturity until they are years old. Swimming can be a great lower-impact activity and Labrador Retrievers are one of the dog breeds that tend to love water. Between that, their water-resistant coat, and webbed toes, you may have trouble getting your Chocolate Lab out of the water. Fully-grown Chocolate Labrador Retrievers usually stand inches tall and weigh pounds. Chocolate Labs generally live for years on average. Fourteen years later, the American Kennel Club did the same in .Featured Chocolate Labrador Retriever Article.

Lilac is a dusty, almost silvery diluted color with hints of liver and gray. Not officially recognized by the American Kennel Club, lilac French Bulldogs are the result of new breeding programs that emphasize unique colors and rare patterns. Undeniably beautiful little dogs, lilac French Bulldogs are just like any other Frenchie, just with a fancier coat. French Bulldogs can be a solid lilac, or feature lilac in a patterned or multicolored coat. Because lilac Frenchies are carrying a dilute gene, many of them will have light eyes—Clover is a great example of this and her eyes are a gorgeous sky blue. Merle French Bulldogs need to carry one copy of the merle gene, two copies of the dilution gene that lightens lilac Frenchies as they age, plus parents of the correct colors to produce lilac—usually blue and chocolate. Double merle dogs are often born with serious health and developmental issues like deafness, blindness, abnormally developed eyes, and more. Ethical breeders will never pair two parent dogs that both carry the merle gene, which can make breeding merle puppies a difficult and lengthy process. This fluffy Frenchie is Spiffy—a particularly athletic French Bulldog who loves to go hiking, spend time with his family, and enjoy a good snuggle! Winnie Whisper is a gorgeous solid lilac French Bulldog whose fur looks almost like crushed velvet! A three-year-old who lives in Alberta, Canada, Whisper would spend all her time in the sunshine-filled yard if she could. Frenchies are notoriously expensive—not just to purchase initially, but to care for long-term. If you can manage their needs, Frenchies are super fun family dogs and can make loving companions to both humans and other pups. Happy to be the center of attention, lilac Frenchies are often outgoing and eager to please or attract praise. Sometimes stubborn, French Bulldogs are not easy to train but are easily bribed with praise, treats, and other positive reinforcement. Because of their stubborn nature, Frenchies can sometimes be mischievous and independent, prone to going off on their own to investigate their surroundings. The first year we had them in an apartment and they did not do well house training there. They have what people jokingly call selective hearing, they listen when they want to. Small but muscular and dense, Frenchies are often heavier than they look and are very solid little dogs. Lilac French Bulldog Health Lilac French Bulldogs are prone to the same health issues as all other French Bulldogs, particularly respiratory problems like asthma, allergies, heat sensitivity, etc. Some other health problems commonly found in French Bulldogs include: Eye and vision problems. Their eyes are usually blue, amber, or light grey. No pied No brindle Health tested clear She is a very sweet but independent girl. Our French Bulldogs have had no health problems. I get questions about blue alopecia; we do not have that issue with our dogs or the puppies we have produced. We feed high-quality dog food to curb any skin or digestive problems. Yes, Frenchies can have gas and throw up; feeding high-quality food will get you close to eliminating these problems. We work on producing puppies with a little bit of a nose to help with breathing problems. On a cool morning, our girls will walk a mile or more with no issues. Never walk your French Bulldog in the heat, no matter the size of the nose. We do not produce extreme Frenchies with a flat nose and face or minis. Why are French Bulldogs so expensive? French Bulldogs require artificial insemination and c-sections to reproduce. They also have very slim hips, which makes it difficult for them to reproduce naturally. Breeding French Bulldogs is also a full-time job; they require constant attention and care. Are French Bulldogs good companions? French Bulldogs have the sweetest, funniest, and most unique personalities. Our Frenchies keep us entertained all the time. They are the biggest clowns! Frenchies will be as lazy or as active as you want them to be. But as with all dogs, they do need some activity. A short walk, playing ball, or just some mental activity helps keep your Frenchie fit inside and out! Deposits are not refundable if purchase is not completed due to no fault of Wild Blue French Bulldogs. We will meet in a public area. Outside the local area must be agreed upon prior. We do not ship puppies but can recommend a flight nanny. Close Privacy Overview This website uses cookies to improve your experience while you navigate through the website. But when trying to find ethical Goldendoodle breeders in South Carolina, your head might be spinning with all the endless options available out there. Due to the extremely high demand for Goldendoodles, the market has also attracted unethical breeders and puppy mills who all claim to specialize in this crossbreed. Health screening is the best way to reduce the risk of the puppies inheriting any genetic conditions , as ethical breeders only mate dogs who have passed all the tests with great results. With that being said, ethical breeders also offer health guarantees that covers any serious genetic conditions that the parent dogs have been tested for. Health guarantees usually cover the first 2 years from adoption. Many Goldendoodle breeders in SC have posted customer testimonials on their websites, but we recommend you also look for reviews on Google, here at Doodle Doods , Facebook, Yelp, or Reddit. Their breeding dogs all live in loving guardian homes and all of their puppies are born in a safe and nurturing home environment. Lynne Whitmire, the breeder behind Fountain Falls Goldendoodles, has taken part in Puppy Culture and Avidog training programs and has developed her very own puppy raising protocol that gives them the best start in life. They also introduce the puppies to early potty training and crate training. And, of course, all puppies are socialized and introduced to all sorts of household sights, sounds, and situations. What Makes This Breeder Unique? In addition to that, they stay on top of the latest research and take part in breeder conferences at least once a year. Use tab to navigate through the menu items. Our love for goldendoodles started with our family pet, Ginger. We quickly fell in love with this breed, not only for her good looks and low shedding coat, but we think she is the perfect all around family dog. She loves walks in downtown Greenville, trips for frozen yogurt, playing with her best dog neighbors, Sadie and Daisy and chasing her human sisters around the house. She never meets a stranger and is often complimented for her sweet demeanor. Soon after we added our mini goldendoodle Charlie. We chose well, and the dream to raise goldendoodles began. Words from our puppy families.Britney has been so great from the start. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent. She provided informative updates, resources, and allowed me to come visit prior to taking the puppy home. She does everything she can to ensure each family has the best match for their lifestyle and preferences. I could not be more pleased! I felt like Britney went out of her way to help us get the perfect puppy for our home. She welcomed us in her home to see puppies often and communicated with updates weekly. I enjoyed the videos and pictures of the litter as they reached milestones. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a sweet addition to their family. Now, that could be because my ladies were less stubborn breeds than the boys. For example, since the arrival of the puppy, my two cats have taken up residence in the spare bedroom, sleeping on the bed, where they are well out of reach of the curious canine. One time, I put the puppy on the bed to keep him out of the way while I was vacuuming. I turned around to lift him down again, only to discover that the little devil had peed on the bed! Behavior When it comes to the behavior of male and female dogs, in my experience, males are undoubtedly feistier and more inclined to answer back than females! Although both sexes are just as trainable, the boys are more easily distracted and struggle to focus. Females tend to be calmer and find concentration easier. That being said, the boys did settle down a lot once they had been desexed. Image Source : goldendoodleassociation. Goldendoodles come in a variety of coat colors, including black, brown, caramel, blonde, white, golden, and cream in color. However, especially coveted puppies come in rare colors, including merle and red. Coat Type You can expect to pay more for a Goldendoodle puppy that has a very curly coat. So, a curly-coated Doodle is a better choice for those with pet allergies, as these pups are considered to be one of the very few hypoallergenic dog breeds Size Matters! When it comes to breed sizes, smaller-sized Goldendoodles are usually more expensive than larger ones because the demand for small dogs is greater. F1B Goldendoodles are generally more expensive than F1 generation dogs. Size and temperament are essentially the same, but there are a couple of notable differences between the two that influence the price, including: F1B Goldendoodles have more Poodle DNA. Therefore, these dogs tend to shed less. F1B puppies are considered to be more intelligent and trainable than F1 types. If you enjoyed this guide, please share! Before you begin your search for the perfect puppy, think carefully about what you want from your pet in terms of shedding, hypoallergenic qualities, size, and color. All those factors can determine the price you pay for your pet. Goldendoodles also come in a range of coat patterns, including brindle, merle and phantom. Labradoodle Overview Labradoodle Puppies For Sale Labradoodles came into prominence in the s as the ideal puppy for an individual who required a hypoallergenic service dog. Fully grown labradoodles weigh around 88 pounds and come in a range of different colors, including white, cream, apricot, chocolate and black. Their coat comes in three types: straight, wavy and curly. They require a lot of exercise and mental stimulation to stop them from getting bored, and early socialization as pups are essential to healthy, happy adulthood. Cockapoo Overview Cockapoo Puppies For Sale Cockapoos were one of the original designer dogs, with the birth of the dog breed taking place sometime in the s. She needed her medical issues brought under control, plus her very aged dog and old cat moved in with us too. The dog was at the vets regularly with severe intestinal issues, testicular cancer a good reason to neuter pets when young! He is doing much better health-wise now, although is a confused very old dog. The old dog ruined the carpet when Renee was unable to take him out often enough. We replaced it with easy to wash vinyl in November .Renee doesn't drive so Art and I had spent a lot of time on the road getting her and the dog where they needed to go all of .For specialty vet care we go all the way to Hannibal MO. We love Advanced Vet Care up there! Her cat was doing ok, but apparently had cancer and why she just wouldn't really improve. When she was no longer comfortable she was humanely taken to the vets and put to sleep. Very sad. Very sweet beautiful cat. I think she created a rainbow ladder for other needy cats to find their way here. We ended up with 21 additional cats added to the farm in ! We have spayed and neutered them all, took awhile. Many have slowly found their ways into good homes. One strangely moved up the lane to the neighbors house. We seen her all the time but only recently learned he keeps food out for her and gives her lots of attention.Renee found a really nice apartment, October .We were going to build her a place here, but she doesn't like me much, and she wanted her own place, which worked out so much better. Cujo, the old dog, is still hanging in there. Things evolve. In winter we hired Brandy, an accountant part time, who was also a full time college student. Her husband, Mike, lucky for us, wasn't very busy so he started working here helping with basic livestock animal chores, some help with the dogs, plus big time farm clean-up and renovation. My son, Keith, and Mike work great together and have steadily organized and repaired the things Art and I couldn't get to with the furry critters taking all our time and attention. Mike and Brandy are now living on the farm, hopefully for a long time, but the farm is probably a stepping stone as they of course have their own dreams. With the Covid pandemic it was very fortunate for us to have help who lived here as Kim and Libbie were home on the stay at home order. Kim is also now home schooling the boys. Brandy had family matters and college on-line taking all her time for awhile. Mike was my only help, which he did livestock chores morning and night, keeping up with long term goals of building and repairs with Keith and helped with dogs when I just couldn't keep up from early April to this update, mid-May. Kim would come by and couple hours here and there as she could. I had to set up an auto-reply on email as we were getting thousands of emails, doing all the dog chores with Art gone, and almost no help with the jobs Kim, Libbie and I did for office work it has been all I could do to try and keep up. The critters come first. They are doing terrific! The Covid hasn't effected them in the least, even if I am ready to drop from exhaustion! She is doing the accounting farm stuff. Kim worked a bit more to help with registrations and the things Libbie was doing that has piled up. Ethan started work in May and caught on really fast. He has been terrific with helping with dogs and puppy cleaning. Let me go back to working just the typical 1. Its August now .Brandy and Ethan are going back to school, Kim will have her 2 boys being homeschooled. Art is back and slowly getting his health back and helping as he can. I just heard the first 4 cases of covid are in Bunker Hill, the town closest to us. Prayers everyone reading this and their families and friends are ok! I can still look across the fields and trees and feel blessed every day to be so fortunate to have a beautiful space to call home with friends and family all living here, never a dull moment. Like many, the stress of Covid is always on our mind with so many susceptible people living here, plus friends and family who are all at risk. I feel so bad for those many people isolated during this stressful pandemic when accustomed to going out and socializing! Hopefully everyone has windows to be able to notice the shapes in the clouds, dream of new projects, complete some goals, and catch an occasional rainbow! Hang in there! Having issues coping, look up many articles on ambiguous loss to understand the immense invisible stress, and please call; hotlines, friends, or family and get help! There is beauty all around us, and in us, despite our emotional brain blocking what our senses can pick up in the here and now! Recommendations Food: Please remember no food is perfect, adding "toppers" to dogs food for variety and interest. Real people food with no additives, like cooked chicken, beef, green beans, carrots, ect.Its a great little pet shop that offers dog washing, training and list of services and products. We usually feed Fromm Surf and Turf to the puppies who we have retained, to any of our potential moms, or bred moms and stud dogs. We often add some of the other kibble to their food for variety. There are other Fromm foods that are great, we just have not used all of them. Fromm Beef Frittata, and Heartland Gold adult have made our rotation. We have tried many, many dry foods over the years. Many are great for a few months or a couple years, and then we see strange things happening in the dogs. Eventually it dawned on me that any food can not be perfect, advertised as: "for the life of your dog" really is not a good idea unless you add variety with scraps, or toppers. Seriously, how can any man made food be perfect? People don't know everything, new nutrients and needs for those nutrients are discovered all the time. The healthiest dogs are those who get lots of exercise, and a variety of real foods. Look at the label of what you eat, and what is in most dog foods. Both can be scary. Wetting any dry dog food and letting it absorb the water, before giving it to them is said to help the dog digest any dry kibble better. We would have hard time doing that as we like to full feed our dogs and puppies. We cant afford to throw away and waste wet food not eaten. We do wet puppies foods when they are very young. Since any dog can eat a different amount on any given day we rarely measure their food making them eat one amount each day. The English bulldogs we purchased as adults only one is on measured feed. More exercise is working for every other dog, despite the fact they are said to "require" food limitations for weight control. Trainers: Kim, my daughter has gone from a high end coorpertate world for 18 years, where she was the only female and also the youngest ever to be promoted to the position she held until being a stay at home mom summer .I could not be more proud of my grown kids for being honest, kind, harding working members of society. She has more patience and more persistence then any person I have ever met. Absolutely perfect for training! Plus she loves animals and its all done with love and their best interest at heart. Now that she has time she is going to train a limited number of horses in the basics of eventing for her instructor who has retired race horses. The horses can be hot headed, and are always a very sensitive lot. The horses just bloom under her riding! We have had families getting our puppies ask if we can start housebreaking for them, or trained puppies. We just did not have the time to offer that service. Puppies will be well socialized with children, other dogs, and cats. In addition they will be housebroken or well started depending on age and how long the puppy is in training taught to walk on a leash, crate trained, and learn "sit. She may be willing to board and train other puppies, but will have some age, and vaccinations requirements. Price may also be different. Older puppies and dogs are much harder to re-train then puppies are to start correctly. Plus since she has children, dogs, and cats she will not put any of them at risk if an older puppy, or dog is having aggression issues. ALL aggression issues are a direct result of a puppy, or dog not having the right guidance. Personalities are different, but respect for people is training. I have heard great things about Kennelwood Villiage in St. It is wonderful for dogs in sports, and dogs recovering from injuries, or older dogs who are just stiff a sore. You should see them melt under her hands! Her work is top notch. She can do whimsical and also very detailed realistic work. She will do custom portraits of your new puppy or dog, besides has art in several mediums, and jewelry for sale. Please email: elisheva.

Most Labradoodles are average to tall in height and usually come in fun colors, such as black and white, brown and white, cream, apricot or red. Are Labradoodle puppies for sale in Manchester hypoallergenic? Labradoodles are often associated with being hypoallergenic due to their combination of Labrador Retriever and Poodle parents that are known for being low-shedding and low-dander. Labradoodles typically have an omnivorous diet with proteins, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables being important parts of the nutritional mix. Although not necessary, it's often recommended that owners feed their Labradoodle some type of commercial food that is specially formulated to be nutritionally balanced for the breed. Alternatively, owners can carefully manage their Labradoodle's diet by monitoring amounts and types of food as well as ensuring adequate vitamin and mineral intake through natural sources and supplements. What are some essentials I should buy before getting Labradoodle puppies in Manchester? Before getting a Labradoodle, it is important to purchase a few essential supplies.
