PUPPY VISITS After prospective owners have completed a questionnaire, we begin to match available puppies with prospective homes; we find that matching puppies to owners increases the likelihood of a successful placement and therefore a forever home. However this means that if you are invited to a puppy visit you will not have the choice of the whole litter, instead you will be matched to a specific puppy that has been identified as suitable from your questionnaire answers. From our side, if when meeting you we feel you are not suitable owners for one of our puppies, then a puppy will not be sold to you. Amongst other things, we look at the puppies' energy level, confidence, drive, attitude, biddability and overall temperament to make an informed decision; this is why filling in our puppy questionnaire accurately is so important. After a puppy visit there is a 48 hour cooling off period for both parties to consider if the puppy is a suitable match. If we both decide the answer is yes, then a non-refundable deposit is required which is payable by bank transfer. This deposit will only be refunded in the case of something going wrong on our end, e. The remaining balance for the puppy must then be paid by bank transfer at least 48 hours before collection.
