Our male, Koda, comes from a strong line of accomplished hunting and service dogs. He was intended to be a search and rescue dog in California, but due to last minute budgetary issues for the agency, we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to add him to our family and we happily jumped at the chance. Our female, Nala, came from a family-oriented breeder who focuses on well mannered family dogs. We were lucky enough to find her as a Christmas present for our children a few years ago and she has been an incredible blessing for our family ever since.
