He doesn'tt chew anything and doesn't counter surf. He only barks at delivery people. Chance can share his people, toys, and his bed, but please let him have his food to himself - he didn't always have food and worries. Chance knows the up and down commands, though he won't get on furniture unless you tell me it is okay each time. He also know sit, stay, come, and shake. Chance walk easy on a leash and loves his walks. He corrects easy with voice commands and gentle pressure on the leash. Sometimes, something fun to chase goes by and he wants to get it. He uses a harness and that helps him learn not to do that. He is already much better at it, except with cats and rabbits - those are too exciting. Some of his favorites include car rides, walks, being outdoors, toys, and cuddling. Part of his past was being crated all day, every day without bathroom breaks, enough food, or play time. So please let him play often, with lots of exercise. Also, Chance can not ever be crated at home, the vet or boarding except in emergencies and with medication. Crating triggers panic attacks for him specifically because of his past. The good thing is, he is such a good boy free roam, you don't need to crate him! Chance very much likes dogs and wants to play, but his foster Boxer brother is really old and can't play. He plays with his people and neighbor dogs. Chance does a good job, but can miss some doggie signals and will need help learning all of them for playtime. He acts like a big puppy, so he could knock down or step on little children with his zoomies. He does love all the rubs, pets, hugs, cuddles, ear smooshing, kisses, and scratches you can dish out. It means I personally make sure each individual pup is fed every 2 hours- 24 hours a day, the first 2 weeks of its life. At feeding time, I make sure each puppy gets on a nipple so they don't have to struggle to find one. I make sure that each puppy gets an adequate amount of milk. Then, once I see that they have been well fed. I pick up one pup at a time and have the mom lick it to go potty. And then I put them in their little crib to ensure they are safe and not smooth by the mother until the next feeding 2 hours later. At three weeks, we feed the pups every 4 hours. But at this point, even though the pups eyes and ears are open. I still supervise the feeding to ensure that each pup is adequately fed and again not smothered by it's mother. I believe in giving these pups outstanding care. Even if that means that I lose a lot of sleep, and even if it ends up just saving one pups life. That one pup could be the next Labrador that I get a testimony about how it brought so much joy into one person's life! So, in the end, all the work and lack of sleep is worth it. He is very smart and love treats, so I he picks new things up fast. He is house broken and know to stop something if mom says "uh-uh no" or "leave it" in her firm voice. He doesn'tt chew anything and doesn't counter surf. He only barks at delivery people. Chance can share his people, toys, and his bed, but please let him have his food to himself - he didn't always have food and worries. Chance knows the up and down commands, though he won't get on furniture unless you tell me it is okay each time. He also know sit, stay, come, and shake. Chance walk easy on a leash and loves his walks. He corrects easy with voice commands and gentle pressure on the leash. Sometimes, something fun to chase goes by and he wants to get it. He uses a harness and that helps him learn not to do that. He is already much better at it, except with cats and rabbits - those are too exciting. Some of his favorites include car rides, walks, being outdoors, toys, and cuddling. Part of his past was being crated all day, every day without bathroom breaks, enough food, or play time. So please let him play often, with lots of exercise. Also, Chance can not ever be crated at home, the vet or boarding except in emergencies and with medication. Crating triggers panic attacks for him specifically because of his past. The good thing is, he is such a good boy free roam, you don't need to crate him! Our much-loved family member, Nala Noodle and her boyfriend Pickle have had a beautiful litter of nine F2 Golden Doodle puppies. Two chunky boys and seven gorgeous girls. This litter has been carefully planned for the past couple of years because we've always wanted to keep one of Nala's puppies. Nala has an extremely affectionate, friendly and gentle temperament, and loves playing with young children and other dogs, so we thought it would be a great decision to find her a match. Then along came Pickle! Pickle is a fellow gentle giant, with a wonderfully loving temperament and he too is a lover of other doggies and children. The puppies are now eating Royal Canin mummy and puppy dried biscuits soaked in goats milk and water and enjoying the occasional bit of chicken and. They are slowly being weaned off mum but are still being nursed twice a day. All pups are very lively, very affectionate and love belly rubs. They have already had their nails trimmed from our groomer and had a clipper without the shaver, run over their bodies to get them used to being groomed. They are now all puppy pad trained and being slowly introduced to the outdoors. They are being raised in our home, in an open-plan kitchen picture attached so they will be used to household sounds, will have lots of interactions with children and adults from 4 weeks, will be introduced to gentle grooming specifically on their paws and will have lots of friendly vaccinated doggy pals to play with before they go to their new loving homes. Our puppy socialisation and desensitisation activities will also extend to brain training through the use of enrichment toys in a large outdoor secured playpen, paw and ear stroking, hoovers and played sounds of everyday noises at a low level initially such as planes, traffic, road drilling, fireworks, children playing etc. Our aim is to nurture calm, trusting and resilient dogs and ensure the pups are well-socialised and confident about being handled. Each puppy will go home microchipped, have up-to-date vaccinations and worming treatments and a free 4-week pet insurance plan. New owners will be provided with a puppy pack containing their own blanket with mummy's scent, a toy, a week's supply of their current food, all official documentation and some extra added goodies to help them settle into their new fur-ever homes. Your puppy will have begun toilet and recall training, which is a great first step for their new environment.
