I have to say she is the sweetest, gentlest, best german shepherd we have ever owned. She is our 6th. We drove from Massachusetts to W. Virginia 12 hours to pick her out and bring her home. But, this particular breeder is putting herself out there as an "expert" in the breed while going against everything the breed is about! Now, when you breed two said faulted dogs together, you can now have pups with even weaker temperment than the parents, further degenerating the GSD breed. If you want a dog that was bred to be a pet, buy a breed that was bred soley for companionship. If you want the companionship of a fine working dog, then the GSD is for you. She has several gen. I just bought a pup from a working line that is going to be a bit to soft. She is going to be our "companion dog". Our last GSD was also to soft to be a working dog, but she made a fantastic pet. But after he gets all the pent up energy out, Bronco makes a wonderful friend and cuddle buddy. He absolutely loves squeaky toys and knows how to sit! He loved playing tug of war and chasing toys, but once he got tired he wanted to come get loved on and give lots on snuggles. He's such a fun dog that would be great with an active family!
