The overall appearance of DDR German Shepherds gives away their general personality — strong, agile, and well-mannered. At first glance, these dogs are not too intimidating to look at; however, they always have a very noticeable presence. DDR German Shepherds have a muscular build that is full of curves. Greta was in the shelter for over two months until she caught the eye of Golden State German Shepherd Rescue. We went in to pick up another pup and decided to evaluate this beautiful girl and she did great on her evaluation. She even temp tested well with kitties so we think with proper introduction and supervision, she will be able to co-habitate with felines. Every time her foster mom opens the car door, Greta is ready to go! And she loves to go on long walks.
