Communication can be slow, but they are super busy, so be patient. And their office is just a giant dog kennel, so be warned. I took my kids out and we waited in the car. She sold the company to a group wishing to use the Australian Labradoodle as therapy dogs in nursing homes. She kept clients well aware of what was happening and provided information sessions with the family care families and the new owners during the changeover period.
