A puppy that has died from anesthesia as a result of being put under for surgery, etc. Sudden death from chocking on an object, falling from any distance, being run over by vehicle or otherwise trauma of any sort is not covered in this health guarantee. It is the Buyers obligation to watch this puppy at all times. Any physical problem which is or could be caused by accident, injury, neglect, or poor diet is not covered in this contract. The Seller has the sole right to assume responsibility for the puppy if the Buyer is no longer able or willing to be responsible for the puppy.
